Scope: PR, communications and marketing strategy support for B2B, property, stakeholder and community audiences

Project: Work with our inhouse team, commercial property agents and design agencies to successfully market property including inward investment, co-ordinate community communications, provide issues management, monitor marketing strategy and oversee marketing activity.

We are seeking a communications agency that can provide us with highly relevant expertise in driving forward our lettings and inward investment marketing programme, whilst keeping our stakeholders informed and engaged.

We expect the agency team to have significant expertise in economic development and regeneration programmes and a good understanding of the property market.

The consultancy team must include at least one member at a senior level and have considerable experience in marketing and communications programmes targeting business and stakeholder audiences.

We would expect the programme to be managed by a director-level consultant(s), taking a hands-on role and spending a certain number of days working in Sea Space’s Hastings office.

Process: A shortlist selection will be made on 12th March. Expressions of interest and completed pre-qualification information should be received by noon on this day.
