Cleaning - Creative Media & Innovation Centre

We are re-tendering for commercial cleaning of the Innovation and Creative Media Centre.

These are managed business centres with around 200 small offices spread over three buildings.

The cleaning contract for these buildings is going out to tender on 8th February. The new contract will commence on 1st April 2010 for 1 year initially. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor, Sea Space may wish to extend the contract for a further period of up to 12 months.
