Scope: Site clearance works including demolition of single storey timber building, removal of fencing, clearance of vegetation, removal, segregation and disposal of waste materials on a site adjacent to the railway.

Cleaning Tender - Innovation & Creative Media Centres

Scope: The centres have 200 small office and workshop units spread over 3 buildings in Hastings & St Leonards. We are tendering for a 1 year contract for regular cleaning of these units along with communal areas.
