Most of us have too much to do and not enough time to do it in.
Getting the right things done in a timely manner is a vital skill and central to success.
What makes 'time management' hard is that people are all so different. What works for one person won't necessarily work for another.
This workshop will help you become more effective by setting priorities and using your time efficiently. It will focus on understanding key principals and adapting them to your own working style.
This session will cover:
~ An overview of time management and personal effectiveness.
~ Prioritising and choosing what to do.
~ Time Management tips and tricks.
~ Finding your own effective style.
The course will be run by Martin Riley of Re-Bal Leadership Development. Martin has 15 years' experience in leadership consultancy, performance and personal coaching.
Please note that places are limited to one per company.
