South Queensway Enviro21 Park

South Queensway is a sustainable business park with premises offering high energy efficiency and low operating costs.

The business units offer a combination of production space with integral offices. They are forecast to have 42% lower CO2 emissions than typical premises and are designed for companies in the environmental technologies sector and other forward-thinking firms looking for sustainable premises.

Three of the business units are already reserved and one is still available. We will start developing further units on the site in the near future and are inviting pre-letting discussions for these now.

On the South Queensway Enviro21 Park is the Sussex Exchange - a sustainable meeting, conference and exhibition centre incorporating a restaurant.

We have planning permission for a 2-megawatt wind turbine and plan to install this in the near future.
