Votes Wanted For Coastal Connection
People in Hastings and Bexhill are being encouraged to get voting for Lottery money for a new walking and cycle route.
Connect2 is a national project consisting of 79 local schemes aimed at improving access to the local community through new walking and cycling routes. Our local Connect2 scheme is the Hastings – Bexhill Coastal Connection, which would provide a new cycle and pedestrian link along the beach between Bexhill and Hastings.

The national project is one of six competing for a grant of £50 million from the Big Lottery Fund’s 'Living Landmarks: The People's Millions'. The winning project will be decided by a television vote to be held on ITV1 in December.
