Projects - Station Plaza
Exciting plans to create Station Plaza have been developed by the Sussex Coast College Hastings team. It has been designed as an inspiring gateway to the town for business visitors, tourists and residents alike.
At the centre of the scheme is a new £65M sixth form and further education college - the result of a fundamental review of post-16 education by the Learning & Skills Council. The proposals also include a health centre and 103 new homes as part of the Millennium Community programme.

The early stages of this project were part-financed by the EU.
